This is a hand painted and fabric covered wastepaper bin soft chunky blue striped linen with a fun royal blue ribbon and pale blue rick rack trim. I have painted the inside with Farrow and Ball blue De Nimes and trimmed on the top with navy and pale blue ric rac ribbon
